新工科背景下物联网工程专业建设质量评价体系的构建与应用

物联网工程作为新工科背景下的战略性新兴学科,在全国已广泛设立,并在智慧医疗、智能制造等领域展现出重要价值。然而,其快速发展的外在规模并未带来质量建设的同步提升,培养目标、课程体系、实践教学和质量保障机制等方面仍存在不足,尤其在医学类高校,如何突出“医工融合”的特色成为亟需解决的问题。本研究以成果导向教育(Outcome-based education,OBE)、利益相关者理论和高等教育质量保障理论为基础,构建了由6个一级指标、22个二级指标组成的物联网工程专业建设质量评价体系。本研究综合运用了文献分析、问卷调查、德尔菲专家咨询法与层次分析法(Analytic hierarchy process,AHP),并以赣南医科大学为案例开展实证验证。结果显示,实践教学与学生发展是决定专业质量的关键因素,该体系能够有效揭示优势与短板,并为持续改进提供路径。本研究可为医学类高校推进医工融合人才培养和促进工程专业质量保障体系建设提供参考。

Abstract:

As a strategic emerging discipline under the context of New Engineering, IoT Engineering has been widely established across China and has demonstrated significant value in fields such as smart healthcare and intelligent manufacturing. However, its rapid expansion in scale has not been accompanied by a corresponding improvement in quality. Deficiencies still exist in aspects such as educational objectives, curriculum systems, practical teaching, and quality assurance mechanisms. Particularly in medical universities, how to highlight the characteristics of "medical-engineering integration" has become an urgent issue to be addressed. Based on Outcome-Based Education(OBE), stakeholder theory, and higher education quality assurance theory, this study constructs a quality evaluation system for IoT Engineering program construction consisting of 6 first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators. This study comprehensively employs methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, Delphi method expert consultations, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), and conducts empirical validation using Gannan Medical University as a case study. The results show that practical teaching and student development are the key factors determining program quality. The proposed system can effectively reveal strengths and weaknesses and provide a pathway for continuous improvement. This study may serve as a reference for medical universities to advance the cultivation of medical-engineering integrated talents and to promote quality assurance in engineering program construction.
