表面肌电图(Surface electromyography,sEMG)是一种非创伤性的检测方法,通过记录肌肉运动时肌电图的振幅、频率等指标的变化,来反映神经肌肉系统的功能状态。可用于评价肌肉功能状态、预测肌纤维类型、神经肌肉疾病的诊断和治疗肢体运动功能障碍等。近年来,表面肌电为克服自身的缺陷,逐渐向多通道表面肌电、高密度表面肌电发展,在人机交互领域的研究应用也取得了一定的进展。本文主要针对近年来表面肌电图在运动医学、康复医学、传统中医针灸推拿等方面的应用进行综述。
Abstract:The detection of surface EMG is a noninvasive method,by recording the changes of the amplitude and frequency of EMG during muscle movement to reflect the functional state of the neuromuscular system.It can be used to evaluate muscle function,predict muscle fiber type,diagnosis of neuromuscular diseasesand and treatment of limb motor dysfunction.In recent years,in order to overcome its own shortcomings,sEMG has gradually developed into multi-channel sEMG and high-density sEMG,and has made some progress in the research and application of human-computer interaction.This paper reviews the evaluation of surface electromyography in sports medicine,rehabilitation medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and massage,etc.
