本文综述了共情疲劳的概念、评估工具、影响因素以及国内外护理人员共情疲劳的现状,为护理管理者早期识别高危者,采取有效干预措施提供参考。
Abstract：This paper reviewed the concept of the compassion fatigue,evaluation tools,influencing factors and the status quo of compassion fatigue among nursing staffs at home and abroad,so as to provide references for nursing managers to identify high-risk individuals earlier and take effective intervention measures.
