目的 :探讨五味子等 12种中草药对痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌的抗菌作用。方法 :(1)药物用 5 0 %乙醇浸提 ,采用琼脂平板扩散法观察抑菌圈的大小 ;(2 )琼脂平板连续稀释法测药物的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC ,mg/ml)。结果 :(1)对四种实验菌均具有抑菌作用的药物有 5种 :五味子、五蓓子、黄莲、黄芩、大黄 (抑菌圈直径在 13～ 39mm) ;(2 )对三种细菌具有抑菌作用而对白念珠菌 (真菌 )无抑菌作用的药物有 4种 :山楂、秦皮、叶下珠、铁苋 (抑菌圈直径在 12～4 0mm) ;(3)只对白念珠菌具有抑菌作用的药物有知母一种 ;(4 )各药对实验菌的MIC差异较大 ,对三种细菌以五味子的MIC最低 ,为 6 .2 5～ 10 .0 0mg/ml;对白念珠菌则以黄莲的MIC最低 ,为5mg/ml。结论 :五味子、五蓓子、黄莲、黄岑、大黄对全部实验菌具有抑菌作用 ;五味子、五蓓子、山楂等 9种中草药对痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌具有抑菌作用 ;黄莲、知母、五蓓子等 6种中草药对白色念珠菌具有抑菌作用 ;其中对肠道致病菌及绿脓杆菌抑菌作用最强的是五味子 ,抑菌圈最大者达 4 0mm ,MIC最低 (6 .2 5～ 10 .0 0mg/ml) ;对白念珠菌抑菌作用最强的是黄莲 ,抑菌圈最大(32mm) ,MIC最低 (5mg/ml)。

Objective:To discuss the antibiosis effects of about 12 kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs,such as Schisandra Chinensis Baill etc,on Dysentery bacterium?S.Typhi?P.aruginoas?C.albicans.Methods:(1) The herbs were extracted by using 50% ethanal,by means of agar plate diffusions,observing the diameter size of circle of inhibition;(2) By agar plate continuously dilution oberserving the drugs of minimal inhibitive concentration (MIC,mg/ml).Results:(1)Five kinds of Chinese midicine herbs,such as Schisandra Chinese Baill?Rbus Chinensis Mill?Coptis Chinensis Franch?R.officinale Baill,have antibiosis effects against the above mentioned four sorts of experimental bacteria(The diameter size of circle of inhibition is between 13mmand 39mm);(2) Four kinds of Chinese medicine herbs such as Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance?Phyllanthus urinaria L.Acalypha australis L,have antibiosis effects on three sorts of experimental bacteria (The diameter size of circle of inhibition is between 12mm and 40mm);(3) Only Anemarrhena asphoddoidses Bunge has the antibiosis effects on C.albicans;(4)The difference of MIC about the above mentioned herbs is rather big on experimental bacteria,Schisandra chinensis Baill has the lowest MIC which is 6.25mg/ml on three sorts of bacteria;Coptis Chinensis Franch has the lowest MIC which is 5mg/ml on C.albicans.Conclusion:Schisandra Chinensis Baill Rhus Chinensis Mill?Coptis Chinensis Franch?Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi?R.officinale Baill have the bacteriostatic on all experimental bacteria;Nine kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs such as Schisandra Chinensis Baill?Rhrs Chinensis Mill?Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.et al,have the antibiosis effects on Dysentery bacterium?S.typhi?P.aeruginosa;Six kinds of Chinese medicine herbs,such as Coptis chinensis Franch?Anemarrhena asphodeloidses Bunge?Rhus chinensis Mill et al,have antibiosis effects on C.albicans;Schisandra chinensis Baill has the best antibiosis effects on intestine-path pathogen and conditioned bathogen,which the biggest diameter size of circle of inhibitory is 40mm,the lowest MIC is 6.25mg/ml;Coptis chinensis Franch has the best antibiosis effects on C.albicans,which the biggest diameter size of circle of inhibition is 32mm,the lowest MIC is 5mg/ml.
